Power Chic Fitness 's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
Power Chic Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last 45 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
